## Modes

- 60-second timed round: starts with no setup; question difficulty ramps and the
  run ends when the timer expires.
- Adjustable practice: operations focus (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division,
  or mixed), number range (within 10, within 20, above 50), allow remainders,
  allow negatives.
- Word practice: English→Chinese, Chinese→English, or both in one round, using the
  same catch-the-answer mechanic.

## Review and progress

- Wrong answers are collected in a mistake book, split into math and word lists.
- Timed runs record score and accuracy on a local board.
- All of this is stored in the browser only. Visitors can export it, or clear it
  permanently, from the settings.

## Not claimed

- No accounts, no cloud sync, no leaderboards against other players, no ads.
- Nothing here is a placement test or a graded curriculum.
